Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cb1000a (4N1A2AV)
I used USB to VGA adapter to connect to the second monitor but power surge on the USB port appears and does not detect the second monitor. I also tried to used HDMI port by using HDMI to VGA adapter but it also does not detect it. Is my computer not capable of adding second monitor ? or did I do something wrong ?
