Ever since i downloaded windows 11 the PowerShell app as been popping up randomly and closing 1-2 seconds after. I dont have to close it, it just pops up and closes. This is an issue because I use my computer primarily for gaming so when the app starts up randomly it alt tabs me out of the game and i have to alt tab back in. I noticed that these pop ups usually start when i open steam for the first time that day, though, I am unsure is steam is the culprit. I have already disabled PowerShell using the command prompt and disabled it in "turn windows fetures on or off."

This is likely a task that is being run by the windows task scheduler.  Every 24 hours at midnight  I have a SQL cleanup task that pops up and closes immediately.

Type "tasks scheduler" in the search bar and look for a task in the "library"  You will have to click on each tasks to see what triggers it.  It would be helpful if you can capture the image of the popup so it cold be identified.  It took me 3 tries over different days to get the name of the popup so it could be found in the library.

When I run steam  I occasionally get a popup that asks if I want to update to newer version. If that is the problem then disable the setting in steam that looks for newer versions.
