Pressing F1 or F2 while enabling TPM doesn't do anything

Hello

My laptop suddenly updating to Windows 11, but when it restarted, it shows menu that I should enable the TPM.

It tells me to press F1 to agree or F2 to disagree, but when I press the button, it only beeping 2 times.

@asterisked -- try holding-down the "FN" key on the keyboard, and then tapping "F1".
