Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything I could find about restarting the print spooler, so far nothing has worked.

I can't even get the desktop to reinstall from the set up disks.

I have a Canon MX922 all in one printer and this is the very first time I have had trouble trying to print anything.

I think that I have a major problem of which I can't find a solution to, any and all help would be appreciated.

It is not your printer nor your HP device, Windows faltered a bit during a recent update.

The fix has been provided by Microsoft as of 08-Oct-2019 for Windows 10 V1903.

 

Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates

Relevant update (at this writing) ends in "389"

I tried to install the up date but I kept getting the reply it could not be installed as it was not relative to my computer.

I have tried to up load a screen shot but it says not the right type of file.
