(1) Install

https://ardownload3.adobe.com/pub/adobe/MIP/win/DC/2100720091/MIPPlugin2100720091_Acr_DC_x64.msi

 

(2) Reboot

(3) Try to read newspaper again ...

(4) Please report your results

I got it to bring up the newspaper. I will let you know if it doesn't work tho tomorrow. so much for today. TYSM
