ProDesk 400 G3 and G4 Driver Package Download

I want to download the driver package for both ProDesk 400 G3 and G4, Win7, WIn 8.1 and Win 10 64-bit. But it's not available here: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x64.html

I wonder why and where I can download them?

This is a "user-to-user" forum, not a direct path to make official contact with somebody at HP who can answer your "why" question.

Note that the above web-page states:

HP recommends using Softpaq Download Manager (SDM) to build a driver pack with the most current drivers available. Download SDM here.

So, by using the SDM, you can build your own driver-pack.
