USB or PS/2 keyboard should be fine - any brand.

F10 is the key for BIOS. ESC will (usually) bring up a blue boot menu, where you can then press F10 to enter BIOS.

Other USB devices should not interfere with getting into BIOS, but unplug everything except keyboard just to make sure.

If the unit is not responding to any key presses, maybe the USB ports have been disabled in BIOS. There will be a 'CMOS reset' jumper on the mainboard, take out the CR2032 coin battery and move the jumper onto pins 2-3 to short out cmos. This will reset cmos to defaults, so the USB ports will be re-enabled if that was the issue.

Shift+F10 on some older models was required to allow the DMI / Tattoo info to be edited. You should only need F10.
