Hello,
Windows has updated the BIOS. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during the update. The text now appears - "Unable to open BIOS image file". The system does not start. I can't find the BIOS file on the HP website. Can you share BIOS to make a recovery disk?

Hi:
If your PC has the Monk-P motherboard, see this discussion:
The SSID for the Monk-P motherboard is 86F3.

So, if your PC just got a recent BIOS update that failed, perhaps you can recover the BIOS using an older version too.
Here is the link to the latest BIOS update for the Monk-P 86F3 SSID motherboard.

You can try making the BIOS recovery drive with the above F.35 BIOS version, and if that doesn't work, you can click to expand the Revision History section at the bottom of the webpage and try one of the older BIOS updates listed (F.32, or F.25).
The is link explains how to create a BIOS recovery flash drive.
