Problemas de memoria ram,bios y windows

 compre la pc hace 1 año y hace 1 mes empezo este problema ya que la compre con 8gb de ram todo bien

y 1 año despues dejaron de funcionar 2 memorias ram de 2gb ahora solo tengo 4gb 

cuando prendo,enciendo mi pc dice memory erorr

y ya le he quitado la placa base a la pc la limpio le cambio las ram y sigue el erorr que puedo hacer 

entonces el cpuz detecta las ram miren

I bought the PC 1 year ago and 1 month ago this problem started since I bought it with 8GB of ram, everything is fine. and 1 year later two 2gb ram memories stopped working now I only have 4gb when I turn on, I turn on my pc it says memory error and I have already removed the motherboard from the PC, I clean it, I change the RAM and the error continues, what can I do? then the cpuz detects the ram look
