Problems playing video contents with Windows 11....  sometimes the screen disappears (always with prime video...)

Many machines can only play lower resolution videos, for higher resolution (say over FHD - for BlueRay discs) machines can't play that explains why your machine (low specs) can NOT play prime videos

Thank you for your reply and your help; buy my PC went very well and all videos on prime video were Ok when I had Windows 10.. perhaps it is a software problem because of Windows 11…. Buy I don’t want to return to Windows 10… 

The problem happens even in the first video menù of primevideo.com and even in other websites even at normal video resolution…
