Recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Now any pics, screens, title bars cursors are either purple/pink or green. Appears to be a display/driver issue. Microsoft says that can't help me but I run PC Health Check and it states I am compatible and meet the requirements of Windows 11. Can anyone help?

As per the links provided, HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
the Model Name is shown as HP ENVY Desktop 795-00xx and the Product No. is 3LB29AA#ABL. I am running Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.376). I received the following message when I ran the ISO file that Microsoft gave me yesterday ...
We Couldn't Install Windows 11
We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 11.
0xC1900101 - 0x30018
The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation.

My original post stated that although I did install Windows 11 ... Recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Now any pics, screens, title bars cursors are either purple/pink or green. Appears to be a display/driver issue. Microsoft says that can't help me but I run PC Health Check and it states I am compatible and meet the requirements of Windows 11. Microsoft instructed me to download the Windows ISO file to see if it would correct the display issue described above. Bur when I did, that's the message I received back. Windows 11 was still running when I did this.

It will be necessary to try later if nothing can be done, I doubt that it will change much, but as there it does not seem to work
so, if this works have you tried what i have suggested for the driver?
[edit]
I was wrong, I indicated it in my previous message, you can not pay attention I put it back here

I have tried your suggestion (link) but this did not resolve the issue at hand. I have noted the following so far …
1. When I open a photo in Windows Photo, Adobe Photoshop and ON1, the photo displays correctly for 2-3 seconds and then turns pink.
2. With other software, (e.g. Norton, Nitro Pro, etc.) title bars and logo colors are all change to green.
3. The same seems to be true about websites on the internet.

Up to you
in your place, I would do a test without the graphics card
And before reinstalling windows 11, retest with windows 10 with the graphics card
Either you have a problem with the graphics card or windows 11
