HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV)

First of all there is no board that fits my issue. I have been trying for over a month now off and on to properly register my 3 HP Products all purchased at the same place, Best Buy, and day, February 13, 2023 and picked up on February 16th.   I was able to register the monitor and printer. The Envy Desktop Model was not on the drop down menu.   FInallay in viewing the site I found a Product Number that picked up my serial number. So I used that.  The warranty dates are all scattered and different. I did an online chat yesterday which had to be well over an hour. Case #5102642044.   We eventually got disconnected.   Why would the agent ask me for a receipt when none is required when adding an item to the Warranty site.   As I was trying to upload a copy of that receipt, it was then that I found out that the scanner on the printer did not work. Apparently a new driver had to be installed. I took a photo of the receipt and thought it was uploaded. But who knows.  Folks, I was merely trying to be proactive.  I notice other people on the Community were having similar issues.   It should be very simple to register a product.   Bottom line, the products show on my dashboard.  Effective warranty dates make no sense.   Very frustrating to say the least.
