Problems with main account on new computer

I just got a new laptop and tried to set it up by logging in with my email, but none of the passwords I tried worked, so I clicked forgot password. It took me to the screen where it asks you what phone number to send the verification code to, and the only number on there was my brother’s phone number. I sent the code to that because I figured it was just being weird, and when I created the new password and logged in with MY email, it said Welcome, (my brothers name). So now when I log in, it has my email and password, but connected to my brothers name and number. How do I log in to a different account/change the main account on my computer so it is mine and not my brother’s?
