Hi:

 

If your PC came with Windows 10 from the HP factory, the product key is in the BIOS.

 

You don't need it to reinstall W10.  W10 will automatically find the product key.

 

If you can get into Windows now and just want to know what the product key is, you can install and run this free app from the Microsoft Store.
