Product: HP EliteBook folio 9470m Ultrabook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have an HP EliteBook folio 9470m Ultrabook that gives me a bios error of

"product information invalid".

I tried the BCU utility and a bios update but noting works.
