@Kelvin_254 , welcome to the Community.
I went to www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup and I found this guide. If you read the section titled "System Board (OOA) Product Information Not Valid Error" it explains what has to be done. My understanding is that you won't be able to solve the problem yourself. Read all of the information to see what you have to do.
