...! it's a bit confusing, you're talking about windows 7 and windows 10 ..
The computer is preinstalled on Windows 7:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
If you upgraded to Windows 10, you just need to create an installation DVD from the ISO available here:
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
No need key !
If you want to reinstall windows 7 and the reinstallation kit has not been done, there you have to find an iso or dvd of windows, of the same version and activate with the key which must be on the box
Creating Recovery Discs or Saving a Recovery Image to a USB Flash Drive (Windows 7)
Windows 7, on the other hand, cannot be downloaded from microsoft!
