My system shut down and windows 10 wil not come back up at all. I have tried every method I can find on the internet to get to restart. Tried the windows 10 repairs, etc. I have been prompted to load BIOS updates. I tried to find in HP support, but they I couldn't get for windows 10. No Bios listed at all. I can't get into my windows to do an online update or repair. I need to get back into this computer to work. HELP PLEASE. Im losing my mind.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you getting any error code or message while booting into windows?
- Are you able to log in into windows?
- What happens when you start your computer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
