On my laptop, the secure boot is disabled. I tried to disable legacy bios and enable secure boot but it did not start my laptop this way. Along with that, I tried disabling both Legacy Bios & secure boot but it didn't help either. I want to do this to upgrade to Windows 11. Now it'll be highly appreciated if any expert finds me a fix about reinstalling windows 10 by disabling legacy bios.

Hi:
You should be able to reinstall W10 in EFI mode, and then you should be able to enable the secure boot setting.
What you need to do is instead of going into the BIOS, select the F9 boot options menu and install W10 from one of the bootable EFI devices listed there.
There should be a EFI USB and if your notebook has a DVD, there should be an EFI DVD listed.
Boot your W10 installation flash drive or the cloud recovery tool bootable USB drive you can make and boot from the EFI USB boot source.
This is the link to the cloud recovery tool and I have attached the instructions to use it below.
