using Bios SMART scan found the fault code  RGFFPS-7GDBAH-9XPJL1-60QG03, dont know what is it

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system if your PC is not working.

 

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive for safekeeping.
