Hey, there have been a lot of problems with my computer lately. While playing games (not very demanding, 100-120 fps and no drops) my computer stutters, cuts out sound and it is impossible to do absolutely nothing. The only option is to turn it off manually via an extension cord/cable. This problem also occurs when I download something (such as updating games) to disk. The drive itself is an SSD, an Adata SP900, and in the BIOS the SATA settings are set to “AHCI.” I need help as this is making it difficult for me to use my computer. It's not even about just playing games, because that's the least of the problems, but total system jams happen almost all the time. The problem, surprisingly, goes away after a complete reset of the computer to factory settings, but after some time it returns again. H e l p!
Also some informations about the PC itself. Can provide every crashlog or anything to help solving the issue.
CPU: i5-4950 3.30GHz
GPU: GTX1650
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: 18E4
Drives: 512gb ADATA SP900
Thank you in advance for responding, cheers.
