My harddrive is crashed just now i installed new hard drive but i dont have operating system or recovery media can you tell me how to installed my operating system

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to download and install the operating system on the new hard drive.
