Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I am not following you. Is the AIO HP PC new or are the headphones new?
Please provide more info such as the HP product number and the manufacturer and product number of the headphones you have purchased.
Do other headphones work with your PC? You could have a headphone impedance mismatch. Have you tried the new headphones or different headphones in the front and rear headphone jack?
You could have a MB problem with the onboard audio or a front/rear headphone jack problem. You could have a loose cable on the front headphone jack.
Okay, you have a HP AIO. So you probably have one headphone jack. Again, it is a possible impedance mismatch or you have a motherboard problem related to the onboard audio chipset.
Regards
