I am trying to resolve my HP Care Pack Rebate problem and have not found a forum to reach out other than by this HP Community forum. I purchased the HP Care Pack on August 1, 2020 which is supposed to be refunded in three years if you have had no service calls. I submitted my rebate request on the HP form on 08/18/2023 and the six to eight week waiting period to allow processing passed over a month ago. I have not received my rebate. The person on the rebate phone line (content removed) gave me a web address that does not go to any site and "too long to respond" (www.hp.com/go/rebatecenter). Does anyone know where I can refer my case so I can get an update on my rebate? Thank you.
