Greetings @RudySchneider

Sorry to see a replacement CPU did not help.

A, known good, replacement CPU should have been the fix if the existing CPU had a memory controller problem.

I'm still wondering if you have a system disk problem. The varying blue screen errors you previously reported in this Forum scream a failing system disk if the memory is okay.

Try doing Windows on a second HDD or SSD, without buying a different system disk, if possible.

Otherwise, I guess it is a possible MB problem.

But you also can't rule out the PSU. I don't know what to think at this point; this doesn't sound like a PSU problem.

Trying a different power supply, if possible, without purchasing one might be an option. Same behavior when trying a different PSU points to a MB problem.

PCs are complex beasts. You seem to be falling into a money rabbit hole.

Regards
