Ive been getting the error that bot device can't be found and then on diagnostics it said my hard drive failed the short dst. Is there any way i can recover specific files such as drawings and game data for free?

Hello, your hard disk maybe corrupted that all your files were gone, you can try a third-party tool. I have used the Bitwar Data Recovery and Recuva before, both of them are good to use. But if you want a free one, I recommend the Bitwar, you can have try. Hope you can get back your images and files soon.
