My Computer updated and I lost folders, documents and my Google Chrome bookmarks are missing. I only have one restore point and my desktop keeps deleting everything on each boot. Can you please tell me how to recover older restore points so I can try to revert back to a date before the update.

hi

from what you indicate you seem to have a temporary profile
So start with what I say here, create a new profile!

Solved: Re: My Start Menu, Search bar, Settings and some other thing... - HP Support Community - 816...

Just make the new account, don't delete anything
deleted restore points are permanently lost
