Good day family.

Can any here help with a recovery CD for my HP pc? 

My pc model is HP 17-g121wm AMD Quad-core A10-8700 APU

Good suggestion there man.

I've downloaded the HP recovery tool but it keeps on informing me of an "Invalid / mismatched Product ID. I've used all support HP software to generate my Product ID (which they gave me as N9E13UA#ABA), but still tells me invalid and mismatched.

 

Other alternatives solutions on support.hp.com are not a good suit for me

 

please HELP me......
