OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-244
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After having my pc in storage, it will not boot up properly.  I was given the option to do a system restore but it failed.  At first, my thought was that the hard drive went bad.  I performed all the diagnostics on my pc and every test passed.  Thinking that the files may have been corrupted, I ordered the system restore media from the website.  I have tried several times to restore my system with the system restore USB and each attempt ends in failure.  I even purchased a new HDD and I still get the same error message.

What else can be done to fix my pc?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer since none of the factory recovery options are working, would be to clean install W10 using the media creation tool at the link below...

You can make a bootable W10 USB installer. You will need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
