Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm not going to start this off by complaining about the horrific service not provided by HP and how I will never buy another HP computer. Instead, can someone advise if and or how I can get my hands on a recovery cd? Let me start by telling everyone that I do not have access to another computer to create the recovery usb/cd. Everything that could've happened to this computer did literally a day after the one year warranty expired...call it coincidence huh....sure.  Pardon me and forgive my rudeness, I am just fed up with HP.

HP Recommended

Check their website. I downloaded mine from it. They also sent me one free on cd.
