Product: Pavilion PC-24 xa0021
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!  I just bought this computer and swapped out the HDD for an SSD.. I downloaded the recovery cloud usb and the program recognized the product number.  When I put the USB into the HP computer and turn it on, I get an error that the Recovery media does not support this pc and a super long error code.  I've re-downloaded everything twice.  Any thoughts?

I can't help you with why the recovery media doesn't work, but you should be able to reinstall W10 as follows...

 

You can reinstall W10 for free by using the Microsoft W10 media creation tool at the link below to create a W10 USB installation flash drive. You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this process.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
