Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to recover my desktop using a recovery media I had bought on 2022 from HP and it won’t continue because it is corrupted.  Can I buy another one or what can I do?

You can make your own recovery media with the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this:

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

 

Your PC's product number is 9EE37AA#ABA

I don’t have another pc to download it to.  All I have is an IPad and an android phone.

Find a friend or relative that has a Windows PC to create the recovery media with.

 

That's the only advise I can offer.
