Product: Touchsmart 520 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It is a really old all in one PC and have not been used for a while. I started the process with "reset" in "recovery" option. It seems not moving at certain step. Now the PC can't start windows anymore. Is it possible to request a disk from HP to reinstall the operation system? PC is out of warranty.

Hi:

 

HP no longer sells recovery media for that model series, but if you enter the full model number or product number of the PC in the search window at the link below, perhaps this vendor has a recovery kit available.
