Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I was making system recovery in my Pavillon 550 HP desktop Computer with Windows 10 operating system by HP system recovery kit as I suddenly had a red screen error: Error message title: Red Screen !!! Factory Processing Error Occured

951: ***ERROR*** The 1st online adult phase was either skipped pr not completed!

My actual problem is how can I get forward in the system recovery ?
