I had to perform system recovery. Instead of complete recover I received the red screen with error 951. Says the 1st online audit phase was either skipped or not completed. Have run numerous tests all passed but keeps coming back to same screen. Am allowed to open command prompt but is stuck on drive d. Does anyone know a prompt that would help me out.

Did you perform the Extensive System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
May I know how did you perform the System Recovery? Did you use the HP Recovery Media?
Keep me posted
Thank you 😊
