Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As I was processing system recovery with HP recovery media, when all 5 discs had been read, the process halted in an error as follows: 951: ***ERROR*** The1st online audit phase was either skipped or not completed !

 

Failure spawning C:\STARTFIC_FAILED.EXE

CreateProcess( C:\STARTFIC_FAILED.EXE ) returned 2, The system cannot find the file specified.

 

LastBTODir: c:\system.sav\tweaks\postpe

LastBTOScript: c:\system.sav\tweaks\postpe\StarFIC.bto

Please press either Ctrl+Alt+C or Shift+F10 to open a command window and collect c:\system.sav.7z for issue reference.

All unnecessary cords were didconnected ( maybe not  WIFI ).

I tried also follow guides regarding same kind of red screen error in Microsoft community without succeeding.

( I couldn´t press just mentioned shortcuts )
