Hello
this is your computer, originally with windows 10 64 bits ?
https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c07067391
If I am not mistaken there is no possibility of having the drivers in 32bits version here and 64bits versions should not be able to be used!
you say that your software only works in 32 bits, but with which version windows, because it is probable that even if you could use windows 10 32 bits, that they could not even work, because simply incompatible with this version little does not matter if 32 or 64
as far as possible therefore, the best would be to switch to compatible software under Windows 10 64bits

Let me just add a couple of comments ...
First, you can not switch from 32-bit to 64-bit or the other way around. There is no way to do this upgrade or downgrade. Instead, you have to install the other version and you will lose everything in the process because it completely replaces the existing Windows installation.
Second, Windows 64-bit has an emulator built-in that runs 32-bit programs automatically. In fact, there are two general directories for storing application components: Program Files and Program Files (x86). The second is for storing 32-bit app components.
Windows 64-bit, to the best of my memory, will not run 16-bit apps. So if you are trying to run those really old apps, that will not work.

From what I read, including that thread, only the 32-bit version of Win10 can run 16-bit apps -- which is what I already said.
