This is regarding how my HP 8200 SFF CPU restarts after I installed Windows 10 x64 Edition in it.
Before this I had Windows 7 x64 with which I have always observed that whenever the computer restarted, the CPU didn't turn off but it used to remain turned on during the entire restart process, i.e., shutting down and then again starting with the BIOS page.
But (to the best of my knowledge), after I installed Windows 10, the CPU changed in terms of restarting, i.e., now it turns off completely and then again turns on to complete the restart process as against what it used to be before.
Could anyone please guide me as to how I can make this CPU restart the way it used to? I have made my query as clear as possible; if the viewer(s) are still not able to understand the query I will try rephrasing my query. And let me tell you, viewers that I have the v2.28 of the BIOS after I read many articles on this forum regarding that.

You're very welcome.
I was also surprised by that odd change in how the PC restarted after I upgraded from W7 to W10.
I even tried it with VT enabled and disabled.
Made no difference.
Whatever you do, don't install any BIOS update past v2.28 or it will take well over two minutes for the PC to restart unless you do one of two things...
Hide the TPM device in the BIOS's security menu, or reinstall W10 in EFI mode.
