I made the huge mistake of "upgrading" to Windows 10. I can't begin to explain all of the terrible things this did to my computer. I "downgraded" to Windows 7 after five days but the damage was done. I am still trying to get some things back to normal after almost a year.
Magic Canvas was factory installed on my computer and it worked great until Windows 10 got ahold of it. After downgrading to Windows 7 my Photo Canvas application shows it is on my computer but the TS application Launch is missing so nothing works. My daughter is an IT professional and says she has never seen anything like this. I want to use my program but can't. How do I find and reinstall the Magic Canvas so I can again use the entire program?

@katrago, welcome to the forum.
You can believe me when I say that you are not the first member to have problems with Win 10. The problem is, HP Magic Canvas is not available for download. The only way to get it would be to use the Recovery Disks that you made when you bought the computer or the Recovery Partition if it still exists on the hard drive.

Thanks for your help. I found a company that sells the recovery disks for my HP Touch Smart 520 1030 desktop and ordered them. My set is on the way so I can get my Magic Canvas to work again. I have seen many people having the same issue I had so for them, if you need recovery disks contact [edited] to see if they have the one(s) you are looking for.
