HP Pavilion 500-204eo
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So, I performed a clean install of Windows 10 on a HP 500-204eo desktop. Everything else works as it should, but when I try to install the express cache software it says: ERROR: Not support system, please check your DMI. What should I do?

Well, I wouldn't worry about it. It isn't critical.

The function of the Expresscache software is to provide cache memory for the PC in order to speed up memory access.

Have you installed the chipset driver and Intel Management Engine Interface Driver and Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for Haswell (AHCI) from the support portal download section?

If you install the IRST software, you do not need to install the Condusiv ExpressCache Application.

As it is an Amd-based system I have installed the Amd chipset drivers but that hasn't made any difference.

That is interesting. The suport portal shows it as an Intel platform desktop PC.

Are you certain that you have provided the correct product name?

You can open the HP Support Assistant to get the product number. That would help.

Make sure you install the IMEI driver software.

Is the following Condusiv Express cache software the same one you were having trouble with?

Finland, actually. I'll install that and try again. Feels weird that you have to install intel drivers on Amd system. Thanks for the help so far.

Imei driver won't install, says that system is not compatible. And yes, that is the express cache software I'm having trouble with.

Try installing the HP Support Assistant that is available at the download section of the support portal for your PC..

It should find compatible software and drivers for your PC and provide download links as well.

I've tried that, it doesn't find any new drivers or software.
