Getting all these notifications or scareware. I turned all the notifications off and privacy and some others but I am still getting these pop ups. My system is fine.

Greetings @peg1971
Welcome to the HP Forum.
m4m80.megenetworkprotocol.co.in is a scam website. Avoid this site.
The McAfee renewal notification is, most likely, an attempt to get credit card info. Web sites will push desktop notifications to Windows PCs if enabled.
Disable Web site notifications in: Settings>System>Notifications.
Are you currently running a paid A-V solution or Windows Security? Run a full scan to check your PC.
Download and run Hitman Pro (free) to scan and clean malware. Norton Power Eraser (free) can also be used to check your PC.
I would also check your browser of choice for suspicious extensions.
