When I try to manually remove HP Client Security 9.3.10.2571 I received the following error:
Product: HP Client Security Manager -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action RemoveFaceCredProvRegKey.02B1383B_F465_450F_AEC7_17CF4A00265E, location: E:\, command: reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\DigitalPersona\DPPT\Plugins\WindowsLogon\{81FA2D36-AFC2-4FD5-92C1-400E9F2C3213} /v TokenMask /f
Why I tried to do this in the first place is because upgrading the same to the latest version (currently 9.3.13.2627) via HP Support Assistant failed with no error description.
I tried repairing the installation but no luck, same error ...
Any help on this?

Actually your response inspired me to investigate error command:
reg delete Registry_key_path /v Registry_value_name
So I discovered that Registry_value is missing and after adding at the location indicated in the error description I end up with multiple but same errors:

If anyone stumble upon similar error solution is to add following registry values with regedit:
Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\DigitalPersona\DPPT\Plugins\WindowsLogon\{81FA2D36-AFC2-4FD5-92C1-400E9F2C3213}
Name: TokenMask

From a command-line prompt, run REGEDIT
Expand the "HKEY_Local_Machine" branch of the tree.
Expand the "Software" branch.
Expand the "DigitalPersona" branch.
Expand the "DPPT" branch.
Expand the "Plugins" branch.
Expand the "WindowsLogon" branch.
Expand the "{81FA2D36-AFC2-4FD5-92C1-400E9F2C3213}" branch.
Delete all the keys/values inside this specific branch.
Exit from REGEDIT.
