Hi @tommymik,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing "This page isn't loading" errors on your HP ENVY Desktop TE01, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.

  • Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. You can do this by trying to load other websites or streaming content from different sources to see if the issue persists.
  • Clear Browser Cache: If the error occurs while using a web browser, try clearing the browser cache and cookies. Cached data can sometimes cause loading issues.
  • Use a Different Browser: If the problem is specific to one browser, try using a different one to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is browser-related.
  • Update Your Browser: Make sure your web browser is up to date. Outdated browsers can sometimes have compatibility issues with certain websites.
  • Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your HP ENVY Desktop's operating system is up to date by installing any available Windows updates. Sometimes, system updates can improve browser and internet performance.
  • Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions or plugins can interfere with webpage loading. Disable any extensions one by one to identify if one of them is causing the problem.
  • Scan for Malware: Run a full system scan for malware or viruses using reputable antivirus software. Malware can affect your internet browsing experience.
  • Check DNS Settings: Verify your DNS settings are configured correctly. You can try using Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Restart Your Router: Power cycle your modem and router by unplugging them for about 30 seconds and then plugging them back in. This can help refresh your internet connection.
  • Contact Your ISP: If none of the above solutions work and the problem persists, it may be an issue with your internet service provider (ISP). Contact your ISP's customer support for assistance.
  • Proxy or VPN: If you are using a proxy server or a VPN, try disabling it to see if it resolves the issue. Sometimes, these services can cause connectivity problems.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
