Dear HP Customer Support,
I recently purchased an HP laptop from Flipkart on 3rd June 2025. However, upon receiving the product, I noticed several serious issues which suggest that this unit is Dead on Arrival (DOA). Below are the problems I am facing:

🔧 Issues Observed:
1. Tampered Seal: The box came with a fake seal. The original HP seal's adhesive was stuck on the cardboard, and a duplicate-looking seal was applied over it.
2. Battery Issue: The battery discharges rapidly. Even after full charging, the backup lasts only 15–20 minutes.
3. Warranty Problem: Upon checking HP's warranty portal, it shows that the warranty is already expired, which is shocking for a brand-new product.
4. System Performance: The laptop heats up abnormally and shows signs of sluggish performance right from the first boot.
5. BIOS Flickering: During BIOS update, the display light flickers with no output on screen
📄 Request:
I kindly request you to:
Provide a Job Sheet for the inspection or technical diagnosis.
Issue a DOA Certificate so that I can proceed with the replacement through Flipkart.
Update the warranty status to reflect the correct date based on my invoice.
I would appreciate a quick resolution, as the return window on Flipkart is limited.
