Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I performed a full reset with cleaning both drives.  Windows still freezing.

At a loss.

After the reset a message  appeared that all files could not be deleted.  Do not know if that is the issue.  Issue seemed to begin when new wireless keyboard was installed.

Hi

If you cleaned both drives, what drives are they? How did you clean them?

Which keyboard?  It may just be a driver issue.

Keyboard:  HP  K3500

As for the drives it was the regular hard drive and SSD.  They were cleaned through the Windows Reset function.

Hi

I dont really think that is a good clean.

However making a DVD/USB from the downloadable microsoft .iso is a good standby.

So the stability issues are still present?
