Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

We did a reset on the computer, when we tried to restart it gave us an error; 

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

 

Issue is Windows was already on the computer...dis resetting it, delete the Windows software??
