Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help!!! I’m trying to sell my laptop to my dad so I had reset it and chose the option to fully wipe all my info off of it but for some reason it’s asking for my pin on the start up screen to log in but says that the user doesn’t exist, what do I do??

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
