Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My girlfriend got this computer from a family member that passed away last year. She was setting it up for her granddaughter and it's password protected. She has no way of getting the password. And asked if the computer can be reset. Going through and resetting it gets up to about 30% then it stops and says that it cannot be completed because of a problem. Is there anything that can be done to get past this. Thank you

Here is the HP Policy: Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
