Hello.

I tried to reset my computer by going to settings and then Update and Security and then Recovery and then selecting Reset this PC option. I opted to erase everything, as I'm selling the desktop.

It has been stuck on 100% for over 9 hours now and it's still showing the message that it will restart automatically.

Am I doing something incorrectly? How long do these resets usually take?

@noname23
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The system needs to be restarted to complete the reset and the process will stay that way unless you intervene.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
