So i wanted to resett or format my laptop but it keeps getting failing at 47% where it asks me choose an option please help i i want to resett my laptop as soon as possible and the reagentc is also enabled i just checked

Hi:

 

If the factory reset option isn't working, see if using the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable recovery drive works.

 

That will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

You will need access to another Windows PC, and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Do i skip step 1 if i want everything to be erased

And dont have access to someone else's pc but i have a 32gb usb

You'll need to have access to another Windows PC or you won't be able to create the USB recovery drive.
